In Turkey
Volunteers are urgently needed in Istanbul.
I am currently based in Istanbul giving life jackets to refugees however my permission to reside in Turkey expires on the 1st March. I urgently need volunteers to come to Istanbul who can continue to give life jackets to refugees past the 1st March.

All of your donations go to buy life jackets. While we always try to give each and every member of a family a life jacket, if funds run short, we prioritise young children and their mothers and ration out life jackets amongst the families in need. This is not pleasant.
We need volunteers to raise awareness and funds.
Simply sharing or liking this website on social media is one way you can help.
Or you could arrange a presentation at your local school, church, etc. We have some volunteers who have been out in Turkey delivering lifejackets who would love to help you spread the word.

If you want to get involved in fund-raising, we would love to hear your ideas. And we need people who can get us press coverage and contact other charities that may want to partner with us.
